Today's Design Tip:
Jazz up your banner with some doodled scallops and by looping floss in and around the banner. To keep the loops in place, attach with a needle and thread in the same colour.
I raised the polka dot paper with black craft foam and then tucked a series of flower petals along the top. The center of each flower was then glittered with Stickles.
Journaling Reads: Everyday you ask to hold your sister and each time you ask if this would make a nice photo. My reply...."Say, Cheese!"
