I LOVE spring.
I LOVE warm weather, green plants, flowers and longer days.
I even love the smell of mud as the snow thaws because it reminds me of spring.
Suffice to say, scrapbooking spring photos makes me happy. And if this weather keeps up, I'll be scrapbooking summer photos very soon.
Now that we have that established, I'll get to today's layout and tip.

All Supplies My Little Shoebox except cardstock (Bazzill)
I use my Glossy Accents often and one of the ways I like to use it is to highlight different shapes and designs on two dimensional patterned paper. Since the bottle has such a fine tip, it allows me to work with more intricate designs, like these heart shapes. All you need to do is cover the area you want raised with the Glossy Accents and set it somewhere safe to dry. For me, I need to do these things right before going to bed. This way I can be assured that I'm not going to smudge it or that a curious toddler won't put their finger in it.
I also used it in each of the flower centres. For those of us who are tactile, the end result makes you want to run your fingers over the top of it to feel the dimension. This tip is another of those little details that aren't immediately noticed, but make a difference in the overall feel of the page. It's kind of like getting a great new hair color that makes people look at you and notice something different but are unable to put their finger on what the difference is.
So there you have it - another of my fussy little details using Glossy Accents. Hope you give it a try.
