"Dolly & Me"
Supplies: Paper (Making Memories, Basic Grey, GCD Studios), Letters (Websters, Prima), Shaped border (GCD Studios), Rose, Sequins (Making Memories), Stamp (myStamp BOX), Border Punch (Martha Stewart), Adhesive (Tombow)
To create the circle, I cut strips of patterned paper and distressed the edges. I then folded the paper and sewed sequins onto each fold, close to the fold line. The whole thing was then pieced together to create the circle you see around the focal photo.
A stamp from Just Add Notes set was used to create the base for a faux clip on the photo.
