The stack of photos on my scrap desk continues to grow. I just made this layout a couple of weeks ago and the photo was taken in December!?! This month's sponsor at ScrapLovers was Prism cardstock and Queen & Co. embellishments. The Making Memories kit I had just seemed to pull the two together for this layout. This is a photo of my daughter sitting in the rocking chair she got for Christmas from my parents. The expression on her face here is priceless. I have yet to scrap one Christmas layout using traditional Christmas colours this season!
One of my favourite techniques as of late is sewing. I really like the look as well as the stability it lends to layouts. On this layout, I decided to attempt sewing a title. After a few minutes of clenched teeth and held breath, I was able to pull it off. It is by no means perfect, but all things considered I think it turned out well.
